Below is a set-up of three point lighting.
Three point lighting is one of many methods used to illuminate a subject in a scene wether it be an object or a person, this method has three distinct lighting positions.
The first light is the Key Light, which is the primary and most brightest light out of the three point lighting setup and is the most important light for shooting scenes.
The second light is the Fill Light, Which is used to mirror the key light on the opposite side of the camera, This light fills in the shadows on the subject created by the key light.
The third and final light is the Backlight, The third light in this technique, the backlight brightens up the subject from behind, Completing the three point light setup. This light is also called a rim or hair light as it creates a rim of light or outline around the subject, giving the subject some depth in the shot.

Below is a photo gallery of shots with these three lights as well as light gels and reflector to show off various shots.
These Images are examples of using the three point lighting method, as well as adding some extra effects to it like the red coloured gel shot that give the shot are more warm and lively vibe to it. Some of these shots we used only one or two lighting methods for the majority of the shots to give them a bit more variety, and to showcase different ways you can use the lighting method for shooting and recording.
We even used a reflector which is a big disc with a reflective foil side that is used to redirect the light to brighten up the shot.
